Job Overview:
We are looking for a tech-savvy Accountant with at least 1 year of experience and a working knowledge of AI tools and modern accounting software. This is a great opportunity to work in a forward-thinking, digitally enabled environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial entries
Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and statements
Reconcile bank accounts and ledgers
Use accounting platforms like Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks, and Xero
Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
Proficiency in Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks, and Xero
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Excel AI, automation platforms)
Strong understanding of financial reporting
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in tech-driven or digital-first business environments
Knowledge of payroll systems, GST filing, or basic tax compliance is a plus
