Job Description

Job Title:

Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements.
Ensure the accuracy of financial documents and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Prepare tax returns and ensure timely tax filings.
Conduct internal audits to ensure financial procedures are followed.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.

Requirements:

Experience-3+

Location-Jharkhand

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an accountant or similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations (GAAP/IFRS).
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
Experience with financial reporting and tax planning.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
