Sangam Stores is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier & Billing Executive who can handle daily cash counter operations, prepare sales bills, and maintain accurate entry of purchase bills. The ideal candidate should be honest, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. 1. Cash Counter & Customer Billing Generate sales bills for customers using POS /billing software Ensure correct product entries, quantities, and pricing Manage cash, UPI, and card transactions accurately Provide polite and efficient customer service at checkout Maintain cleanliness and order at the cash counter 2. Purchase Bill Entry & Record Management Enter all purchase bills received from suppliers into the system Maintain proper records of vendor invoices, stock update entries, and purchase summaries Coordinate with the owner for daily entries and stock validation 3. Daily Accounts & Reporting Maintain cash register totals and reconcile daily cash Prepare end-of-day reports (cash, UPI, sales summary) Inform the owner about any discrepancies or stock issues 📦 Skills Required Basic computer knowledge and billing software familiarity Strong attention to detail Good communication skills (Hindi/Gujarati preferred) Ability to work with accuracy in a busy environment Trustworthy and disciplined 📚 Qualification Minimum 10th Pass Experience in retail billing/cashier jobs preferred, but freshers can apply ⏰ Working Hours As per store timings (to be discussed during interview) 💰 Salary Based on experience and performance (negotiable) 📞 How to Apply Interested candidates can contact the owner at Sangam Stores, Maninagar or call on 7600653928.
