Accountant

Key Responsibilities: Accounting Management: Maintain and manage accounting records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Oversee daily accounting activities, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance. Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports. GST Filing: Handle GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GST returns. Ensure timely and accurate filing of all GST-related documents. Reconcile GST data with financial records and resolve any discrepancies. Tally Expertise: Proficiently use Tally software for accounting and financial management. Generate various reports and manage data within Tally. Troubleshoot and resolve any Tally-related issues. Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis to provide insights and support decision-making. Monitor financial performance and suggest improvements to enhance profitability and efficiency. Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and accounting standards. Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather financial information and support business operations. Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, providing training and support as needed. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com).Proven experience as a Accounts Executive or in a similar role. Expertise in Tally software. Strong knowledge of GST filing and compliance. Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
