Job Description

We are looking for Accountant 1. Statutory Compliance (TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, PT Returns) 2. Advance Excel 3. Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B with GST portal and Filing of Returns. 4. Preparing TDS/TCS working with E-payment, Return submission, Form Request of the company. 5. Preparation of form 16A & 16 6. Checking and auditing of all expenses before entering into the books. 7. Coordinating with the CA for internal & statutory audits, finalization. 8. Cost Center based MIS or accounts in Tally. 9. Managing Petty cash & Bank balance. 10. Handling monthly, quarterly and annual closings. 11. Ensure Month End activities: Provisions, Voucher submissions. 12. Debtors and Creditors balances payments, orders, reconciliation. 13. Maintaining accounts as well as preparing all required MIS Reports 14. Coordination and corresponding with banks for routine banking operations. 15. Bank Reconciliation. 16. Coordination and Corresponding with Debtors & Creditors. 17. Maintained records and files in an orderly and systematic manner. 18. Maintaining Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment entries in Tally. 19. Good Communication skill.
