Job Description:
We are looking for a diligent Accountant to manage and oversee daily financial transactions related to school, office, and center operations. This role is open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals. The Accountant will ensure accurate financial reporting, conduct audits, and maintain proper records of daily expenses.
Minimum Experience: 0-2yr
Qualifications:
MBA in Finance or a related field (Preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Mandatory).
Audit experience is mandatory.
For freshers: Strong academic background and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor and manage all daily expenses related to school, office, and center operations, including tuition, supplies, administrative costs, utilities, and miscellaneous expenses.
-Maintain a daily expense book to track all financial transactions.
-Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
-Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
-Reconcile accounts and ensure timely processing of payments and receipts.
-Assist in preparing financial forecasts and budgets for school, office, and center activities.
-Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
-Collaborate with school administration, office staff, and center managers to review financial information.
-Handle all financial tasks related to school and center operations.
Location: Puri Canal Road , Swagat Vihar, Rudrapur Bhubaneswar, Odisha - 752101.
