You are a dedicated and enthusiastic Play School Teacher sought by Kidozone & KinderGarden situated in various locations including Atala, Balianta, Swagat Bihar, Rudrapur, and Gajapati Nagar. Your primary role will involve fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children through age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development. Collaborating with fellow teachers and staff is essential to ensure a cohesive educational experience for all students. Effective communication with parents and guardians regarding the child's progress and any concerns is crucial. Maintaining accurate records of attendance and developmental milestones is part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in early childhood education, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field. A strong understanding of child development principles, along with qualities like patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children, are highly valued. Collaboration with colleagues and parents is key for success. You will be expected to adhere to all school policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations. Participation in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities will also be required.
