Role & responsibilities Conduct fun and engaging learning sessions for toddlers. • Create a cheerful and caring classroom environment. • Ensure the safety and comfort of all children. • Use creative teaching methods to make learning enjoyable. • Communicate effectively in English with children and parents. • Assist in organizing daily activities and maintaining class decorum. Preferred candidate profile Education: Graduate in any discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with a Diploma or Certification in Early Childhood Care or Montessori Training. Experience: 1-4 years of experience in a day care, preschool, or with handling toddlers. Skills: Warm, caring, and patient personality with a genuine love for children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage small children effectively and engage them in playful, age-appropriate activities. Basic understanding of child hygiene, feeding, and nap routines. Other Requirements: Punctual, responsible, and compassionate towards children. Preference for female candidates residing near Kanke . Should be able to work collaboratively with the teaching and support staff.
