Play School Teacher

As a Play School Teacher at Kidozone & KinderGarden, your role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children by developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities. You will collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience and communicate effectively with parents about their child's development. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records, participate in staff meetings and training sessions, and adhere to school policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development. - Collaborate with colleagues to provide a supportive educational experience for all students. - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and address any concerns. - Maintain accurate records of attendance and developmental progress. - Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in early childhood education. - Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field. - Strong understanding of child development principles and practices. - Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children. - Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
