Job Description

About Us: Reloved Gadgets is India’s fast-growing platform for certified refurbished mobile phones and gadgets. We’re passionate about sustainability and affordability — making great tech accessible to everyone. As we scale, we need a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant to keep our financials in top shape. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day books of accounts using Tally Prime Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and coordinate with CA for statutory compliance Track inventory movement and cost of goods sold (COGS) Manage payroll accounting and employee reimbursements Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and MIS reports for internal review Liaise with NBFCs/banks for loan repayment schedules and documentation Assist in audits, due diligence. Ensure timely filing of ROC documents, IT returns, and financial statements Required Skills: Proven work experience as an Accountant (preferably in a startup or retail/e-comm setup) Strong understanding of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and compliance Proficiency in Tally ERP 9, Zoho Books, Excel, and Google Sheets Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance Perks & Culture: Supportive team culture Work in a high-growth, impact-driven environment Discounts on gadgets for you and your family 😉 Opportunity to grow into a Finance Manager/Controller role as the company scales
