Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with experience in the manufacturing industry to manage day-to-day accounting operations, cost accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, inventory accounting, and manufacturing-related financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
Handle GST compliance – returns (GSTR 1, 3B), reconciliation, and filings
Manage cost accounting, production cost analysis, and variance reports
Maintain inventory accounting, stock valuation, and WIP records
Process vendor payments, purchase invoices, and credit/debit notes
Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits
Ensure compliance with Income Tax, TDS, and statutory regulations
Monitor manufacturing expenses and control costs
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of Accounting principles & Cost Accounting
Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Knowledge of manufacturing processes & inventory management
Proficiency in Tally / ERP software and MS Excel
Good analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
