The Accounts Executive will handle accounting operations, trading-related financial entries, and back-office trading terminal functions. This role requires accuracy, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with equity, F&O, and related financial instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Trading & Equity Accounting

• Handling day-to-day entries related to Equity, F&O, Commodity, and other trading segments.

• Reconciliation of broker statements, contract notes, and DEMAT holdings.

• Recording MTM, settlements, premium adjustments, and trade-related accounting.

2. Trading Operations (Mandatory 6 Months Experience)

• Operating trading terminals (Equity / F&O).

• Verifying trades, margins, order execution reports.

• Coordinating with brokers and trading desks for daily positions.

3. Financial Reporting

• Preparation of segment-wise Profit & Loss reports.

• Monthly trading performance analysis.

• Support in audits, tax computations, and compliance documentation.

4. General Accounting Duties

• Ledger management, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.

• Managing receivables, payables, and vendor payments.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.

• Experience in trading-related accounting.

• Hands-on experience using trading terminals (Minimum 6 months).

• Good Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

• Knowledge of Tally/ERP software.
