As part of our growth strategy, we seek a highly competent Senior Accountant to fortify our financial operations.

Requirements:

1. Preference of manufacturing industry background

2.Candidate working in CA firm are also welcomed who have have handson experience in gst and tds

2. Experience of at least 100 entries per day

3. GST 1,3B,2B,43,42

4. Tds and gst return

5. Gst reverse charge

6. Have worked in a company of minimum turn over of Rs.20-25 cr

7. Minimum of 7-8years of experience

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all facets of financial accounting, including meticulous management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

2. Prepare comprehensive financial statements, encompassing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to furnish precise and timely financial insights to senior management.

3. Ensure strict adherence to local tax regulations, facilitating strategic tax planning and meticulous preparation.

4. Conduct thorough monitoring and analysis of financial performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending strategic initiatives to bolster profitability and operational efficiency.

5. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to streamline accounting processes and instate industry best practices.

6. Spearhead the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring utmost accuracy and completeness.

7. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

8. Remain abreast of evolving accounting standards and regulations, ensuring unwavering compliance and proposing requisite adjustments.
