Accountant P2P

Role Overview: SKF is looking for an Accountant P2P to join their team in Pune. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for leading the processing of invoices, managing vendor relationships, ensuring policy compliance, implementing process improvements, conducting training sessions, collaborating on financial analysis, and optimizing cross-functional processes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the processing of invoices with accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies. - Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, address inquiries, and maintain positive relationships. - Conduct regular vendor statement reconciliations and collaborate on dispute resolution. - Ensure strict adherence to company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements. - Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall effectiveness. - Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team. - Collaborate with finance and management teams on financial analysis. - Collaborate with other departments to optimize end-to-end processes. Qualification Required: - In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with international stakeholders. - Experience working in a Manufacturing Set-up/ Exposure working in a Shared Services Centre will be an added advantage.
