Accountant P2P

Role Overview: SKF is seeking an Accountant P2P to join their team in Pune. As an individual contributor, you will play a crucial role in invoice processing, vendor management, policy compliance, process improvement, training, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the processing of invoices, maintaining positive vendor relationships, ensuring policy compliance, implementing best practices for efficiency, and collaborating with finance and management teams on financial analysis. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work in an international environment and gain knowledge of best-in-class Finance processes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the processing of invoices with accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies. - Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, addressing inquiries and maintaining positive relationships. - Conduct regular vendor statement reconciliations and collaborate on dispute resolution. - Ensure strict adherence to company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements. - Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall effectiveness. - Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team. - Collaborate with finance and management teams on financial analysis. - Collaborate with other departments to optimize end-to-end processes. Qualifications Required: - In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with international stakeholders. - Experience working in a Manufacturing Set-up/ Exposure working in a Shared Services Centre will be an added advantage.
