Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper ledger postings.

2. Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Assist in preparing management reports and financial summaries for decision-making.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.

3. Compliance & Taxation

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, etc.).
Prepare and file monthly/quarterly/yearly returns as per government regulations.
Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

5. Coordination & Support

Liaise with banks, vendors, and statutory authorities.
Provide financial data and insights to management for strategic planning.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (Master’s or CA Inter preferred).
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting or related roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar).
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Proficient in MS Excel and other office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
