Position Overview

The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires strong attention to detail, hands-on experience with accounting software, and the ability to independently handle core accounting functions. The Accountant will support financial operations and ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily accounting entries
• Handle sales and purchase invoices
• Maintain ledgers and accurate financial records
• Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
• Manage GST workings, invoice records, and related documentation
• Assist in preparing basic financial statements and reports
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and documentation
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Maintain organized and secure accounting records

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
• Working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with accountability
• Comfortable working in a structured, professional environment

Education & Experience

• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience (mandatory)
• Practical experience using Tally / Tally Prime
• Basic knowledge of GST and financial reporting
• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
