The Accounts & MIS Executive will play a key role in managing daily accounting processes and delivering insightful management reports for decision-making. This position blends hands-on financial operations with advanced data analysis, supporting efficient business growth in a dynamic diagnostics environment. Responsibilities: Maintain accounting entries, reconciliations, and ledgers using Tally Prime Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets Develop and manage MIS reports and dashboards using advanced Excel Ensure timely submission of accurate financial statements and business insights Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit documentation Collaborate across teams to collect, validate, and interpret financial data Monitor financial performance and drive compliance with relevant standards
