Qualifications

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with other departments
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
