Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant proficient in Tally ERP software to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally ERP (latest version)
Prepare and post journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation of accounts
Generate and analyze financial reports such as P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements
Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
File GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
Support in preparing audit schedules and liaising with external/internal auditors
Monitor and maintain compliance with financial regulations
Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking
Manage inventory and stock records if applicable
Ensure timely closure of monthly and yearly accounts

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (B.Com/M.Com)
Minimum 1–5 years of accounting experience using Tally ERP
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or training in Tally (e.g., Tally ERP 9 or TallyPrime)
Experience in handling payroll or inventory through Tally
Familiarity with other accounting tools/software is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
