The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accuracy of financial records, compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting financial reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities. Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts as per accounting standards.
Handle general ledger entries, journal postings, and reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

2. Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

3. Taxation & Compliance

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and support audit documentation.
Liaise with statutory auditors and internal auditors.

4. Banking & Cash Flow Management

Monitor daily banking transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
Manage vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and petty cash.

5. Coordination & Support

Work closely with the finance team to streamline accounting processes.
Support management with financial data and ad-hoc reports.
Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments for financial matters.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,819.79 - ₹50,853.59 per month
