Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage our financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business growth. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records. • Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, and payroll. • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements. • Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts. • Monitor accounts receivable & payable and follow up for timely collections/payments. • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks as needed. • Assist management with budgeting, cost control, and financial planning. • Analyze costs and margins in textile operations (fabric, dyeing, stitching, logistics, etc.). ⸻ Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance . • Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience (experience in textile/garment industry preferred). • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards. • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally PRIME) • Good MS Excel and analytical skills. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. ⸻ What We Offer • Competitive salary package [17000-22000]. • Opportunity to work in a fast-growing textile business. • Exposure to end-to-end business finance and operations. • A supportive and professional work environment.
