Accountant Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant Intern to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with financial reporting, bookkeeping, data entry, and other accounting tasks while gaining practical experience in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day accounting activities, including data entry and transaction recording.
• Support in preparing financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable records.
• Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist in auditing processes and inventory management.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed within the finance department.
• Collaborate with team members on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis projects.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
