Job Description

About the Role :

Ganesh Enterprises, a growing B2B dry fruits company based out of Kolkata, is looking for a Senior Accountant to manage daily accounting and store operations. The role requires hands -on experience with Tally, inventory management, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally Prime.
Prepare and manage e-way bills and e-invoices for dispatches and sales.
Handle vendor payments through net banking and cheques.
Prepare monthly sales, purchase, P&L, balance sheet, and stock reports for management.
Maintain inventory data and track stock movement regularly.
Compile GST and TDS data and assist the CA in return filing.
Coordinate with logistics, sales, and CRM teams for order, billing, and payment updates.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fields.
Proficient in Tally Prime and MS Office or similar tools (Google or Zoho apps).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
