Key Responsibilities

Perform
day-to-day accounting
and ensure accurate posting of all entries in
ERP / Accounting Software
.
Maintain
General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
, and
Bank Reconciliation
.
Prepare
Financial Reports
such as:
Profit & Loss Statement
Balance Sheet
Cash Flow Statement
Manage
Payroll
and ensure proper salary disbursement entries.
Prepare and submit
Saudi Tax Filings
:
VAT Return(GST)
ZAKAT
Withholding Tax (WHT)
Assist in
Statutory & Internal Audits
, ensure documentation & compliance.
Maintain accurate financial records and
support audit queries
.
Ensure
data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting
to management.

Required Skills & Experience

2–5 years experience
as an Accountant (experience in Audit Firm is an advantage).
Strong experience in
ERP-based accounting
(SAP / Oracle / Zoho Books / Tally / QuickBooks).
Solid understanding of
Accounting Standards, Financial Closing & Reconciliation
.
Experience in
VAT, Tax Filing, and Compliance
(Saudi tax knowledge preferred; training can be provided).
Advanced Excel
proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS Reporting).
Good communication skills in
English
;
Arabic
is an added advantage.
High integrity, responsibility, and accuracy in financial work.
