Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage daily financial transactions, ensure accuracy in bookkeeping, and support overall financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations (accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, reconciliations).
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and records.
Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, cash sheets, and petty cash.
Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
Support audit activities and provide necessary documentation.
Verify invoices, vendor payments, and maintain expense reports.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information at all times.
Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Freshers who can join immediately
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or MS Excel).
Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
