Job Description

We are looking for a Fresher to join our mobile retail store as an Accountant. The candidate should be proficient in English communication and email correspondence, and interested in learning retail accounting and finance operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain daily sales, purchases, and expense records.
Update ledgers and reconcile store accounts.
Vendor & Customer Communication
Communicate professionally via email with suppliers and customers.
Track payments, invoices, and receipts.
Accounts Payable / Receivable
Assist in processing vendor payments and customer receipts.
Follow up on pending payments via email.
Bank & Cash Reconciliation
Help reconcile daily cash and bank transactions.
Report discrepancies to the manager.
Statutory & Compliance Support
Support GST, TDS documentation, and month-end reporting.
Software & Reporting
Learn POS and accounting software (Tally/ERP).
Prepare simple reports using Excel.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Pursuing/completed B.Com, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Experience: Fresher , no prior experience required.
Technical Skills:
Basic accounting knowledge.
MS Excel and professional email communication.
Willing to learn POS or accounting software.
Soft Skills:
Strong English communication (written and spoken).
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
Professional behavior, team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
