Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update general ledger accounts and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and submit tax returns in compliance with local and national tax regulations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all financial transactions.
• Monitor and enhance accounting processes for greater accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare financial reports to support management decision-making.
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or ACCA certification preferred).
• 2–5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in 

  Tally

   and 

  Advanced Excel

  .
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
