Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely entry of all transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to verify bills, receipts, and payment schedules.
• Maintain vendor accounts and ensure timely settlements.
• Assist in budgeting, cash-flow management, and financial planning.
• Work closely with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Implement and maintain accounting systems and processes for operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on accounting experience (travel industry experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory requirements.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
