About the Role

Sales Manager – VISA Division

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end sales process for visa services.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Manage and guide the visa sales team for optimum performance.
• Collaborate with travel consultants, partners, and clients to ensure smooth visa facilitation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa requirements for major destinations (Schengen, UK, Canada, Australia, USA, etc.).
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
• Ensure a superior client experience with transparency, accuracy, and timely service.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum

  3–5 years

  of experience in

  Visa Sales or Travel Sales Management

  .
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital lead management systems.
