Job Description

Job Responsibilities:Handle export accounting and maintain books of accounts. Prepare and verify export billing documents including: Commercial Invoice Packing List Shipping Bill Bill of Lading / Airway Bill LC & Non-LC documents Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, banks, and exporters. Manage GST, LUT, refund, and export-related compliance. Handle foreign currency transactions, bank reconciliation, and export realization. Maintain accounts payable & receivable related to export parties. Assist in audit, statutory compliance, and reporting. Ensure timely documentation and compliance with export regulations. Required Skills & Knowledge:Strong knowledge of export billing & documentation. Experience in export firm accounting is mandatory. Knowledge of GST, customs procedures, and RBI export norms. Proficiency in Tally / accounting software & MS Excel. Good coordination and communication skills. Attention to detail and deadline management. Qualification:B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent. Prior experience in an export-oriented company is highly preferred.
