Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain financial statements such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes accurately and timely.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and tax requirements.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Maintain and update financial records in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.).
Support payroll processing and expense reimbursements as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
Knowledge of payroll management and statutory compliances.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,833.10 per month
