Accountant Cum Office Assistant

Job Responsibilities Accounting & Finance Maintain accurate accounting records in Busy software. Prepare and reconcile accounts, ledgers, and bank statements. Handle day-to-day accounting operations including purchase, sales, receipts, and payments. Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports. Manage accounts payable/receivable and petty cash. Prepare GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants. Taxation Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and income tax returns. Maintain documentation for all statutory compliances. Support in preparation of tax audit and related matters. Office Administration Manage office documentation, records, and filing. Assist in daily office operations and logistics. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls. Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies. Provide administrative support to management and staff. Key Skills & Qualifications Graduate in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or equivalent. Proven experience in accounting, taxation, and office administration. Must be proficient in Busy Accounting Software. Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax laws. Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
