Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations 
  • Handle HR functions including payroll, employee records, and compliance
  • Maintain accurate records in

    Zoho Books /Payroll /People and QuickBooks.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities 
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in audits 
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts and HR tasks 

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field

  • 3–4 years of experience

    in accounting and HR functions. 
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and HR processes. 
  • Proficiency in

    Zoho Books / Payroll / People

    and

    QuickBooks

    (preferred). 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills. 
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
