Accountant Cum EA to MD: Male Preffered

Experience: Minimum 10 yrs

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP systems, GST, TDS, invoicing, and basic financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
• Manage GST filings, TDS, invoices, receipts, vendor payments, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and assist in yearly audits.
• Handle petty cash, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist the Managing Director in daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Organize meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and follow-ups.
• Draft letters, emails, and business correspondence for the MD.
• Coordinate with departments, vendors, and clients on behalf of the MD.
• Maintain confidential records, files, and reports.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries as needed.
