Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin to manage both accounting and administrative functions in our organization. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support general office administration. This is a full-time, in-person role best suited for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily bookkeeping, ledgers, and journal entries
  • Manage invoices, collections, and payments
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and cash flow reports
  • Support budgeting, costing, and financial analysis
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Generate MIS reports for management review

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain company documentation, licenses, and renewals
  • Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave records
  • Oversee office operations: supplies, housekeeping, and coordination
  • Assist HR with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
  • Organize meetings, travel, and other logistics
  • Provide admin support to Directors and senior management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration

Experience

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in accounting and admin roles
  • Experience in the textile or manufacturing sector is an added advantage

Skills Required

  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles
  • Familiarity with Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel
  • Understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other compliance matters
  • Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Proactive attitude and time management skills
