Accountant cum Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations in

  Tally / ERP system

• Prepare and maintain records of invoices, receipts, and bank reconciliations
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Maintain employee attendance, salary registers, and petty cash records
• Support

  office administration, vendor communication, and inventory records

• Assist in generating financial and management reports
• Update and manage client data through

  CRM / ERP tools

• Coordinate with management for daily operational requirements
  

Required Qualifications:

• Education:

  B.Com / M.Com

• Experience:

  1–2 years (Freshers with Tally / CRM / ERP skills are welcome)

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Certification in

  Tally (Essential)

• Knowledge/experience in

  CRM or ERP systems

• Proficiency in

  MS Excel and Office tools

• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Nearby residents ( Pimpri-Chinchwad area) preferred
