Job Description

Job Title: AccountantJob Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, ensure accuracy in reporting, and maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations. Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts. Handle accounts payable and receivable functions. Prepare GST, TDS, and income tax returns and ensure timely filing. Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting. Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation during audits. Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents. Assist management in financial planning, analysis, and cost control. Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA Inter or equivalent preferred). Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation laws. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and communication abilities.
