To visit different locations for finalizing the products required for the project. Discuss and negotiate with the vendors for procurement of materials for projects. Working collaboratively with internal departments and external suppliers across the organization. Prepares and reviews Requests for proposals (RFPs), specifications and related reports. Prepares and reviews bid specifications for adherence to contract terms and supervises the dissemination of materials to prospective bidders. Key responsibilities: Coordination with drivers, fleet owners and internal team till delivery Managing complaints/ escalations while journey management of particular vehicle Vehicle placements follow-up, vehicle tracking & connect with fleet owners, customers, drivers De-escalation of issues and follow-up issue to closure Adding trip details in the desktop/phone. Handling and Training customers on mobile and desktop applications. Preparation of Daily MIS for different clients Handling Customer queries and providing solutions. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to Operations Manager Extensively calling up and communicating via other media, multiple stakeholders on a daily basis Calling multiple stakeholders extensively 1. Vehicle (Trucks) tracking from 1st mile to last mile delivery/ entire journey management 2. Efficiently resolving client, vendor, fleet owners escalations 3. Adhering to company & dept. SOP's 4. Co-ordinate with dept. members, cross-functional team & external stakeholders (truck drivers, truck owners, vendors, govt. authorities as per requirement) 5. Maintain database in CRM Preferred qualifications: Efficient in handling and communicating with customers Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills Good interpersonal skills, excellent verbal communication & basic written communication Basic knowledge of Excel Decent knowledge of mobile apps and desktop applications. Having prior experience in the transportation industry will be an added advantage. Knowledge of regional language Ready to work 6 days a week
