Responsibilities:

• Timely

  GST Filing

  TDS Deposit & Returns

• Bookkeeping

  and maintaining up-to-date financial records

• Preparation of Financial Reports

  ,

  Invoices

  , and follow-ups for collections

• Payroll Management

  , including salary processing, compliance, and record keeping

• Vendor & Client Management

  – tracking payables/receivables and ensuring timely payments

• Bank Reconciliation

  and daily transaction monitoring
• Handling general

  Administrative and Office Documentation

• Data Entry

  and

  Document Management

  (both physical and digital)
• Assisting management with

  Budgeting

  ,

  Cash Flow Planning

  , and

  Forecasting

• Supporting during

  Audits

  by preparing necessary documents and reconciliations
• Basic

  Legal and Compliance Work

  , including

  ROC Filings

  and

  MCA Compliance

• Compliance Monitoring

  for tax laws, labor laws, and regulatory deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A self-starter with attention to detail and high standards of integrity
• A
