Job Description:

Carrybell Commercial Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Accountant to join our team at Kalinga Nagar, Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support inventory and DMS-related activities within our automobile business operations. This role requires accuracy, integrity, and strong coordination with finance, inventory, and service departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including purchases, sales, and expenses.
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, and ledgers, and assist in monthly and yearly financial closing.
• Manage vendor payments, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.
• Oversee and verify stock entries in coordination with the inventory team.
• Generate financial and management reports as required.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments for smooth financial operations.
• Assist in using and maintaining accounting and DMS/ERP software.

Qualifications:

• Education: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)
• Experience: 0–2 years in accounting or related financial roles, preferably in the automobile or manufacturing sector
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and Tally/ERP software
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools
• Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
