Accountant

Job Title: Accountant Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the hospital’s financial records, billing support, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience with Tally 9, and good knowledge of taxation, along with excellent computer skills. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally 9 Handle day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, and ledgers Manage hospital billing records, receipts, payments, and reconciliations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with , TDS, and other applicable taxes Assist in tax calculations, filings, and audits Maintain payroll records and statutory deductions Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping as per hospital policies Required Skills & Qualifications: Mandatory: Strong working knowledge of Tally 9 Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, email, hospital software) Sound knowledge of taxation (GST, TDS, basic income tax) Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Accountant (hospital or healthcare experience preferred) Preferred Attributes: Experience in hospital accounts or healthcare industry Good communication and coordination skills High level of integrity and confidentiality Interested candidates may apply with updated resume.
