Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts (ledgers, journals, vouchers, etc.).
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
Monitor cash flow and support budgeting & forecasting activities.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Generate MIS reports for management decision-making.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles & taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred).
2–5 years of relevant work experience in accounting/finance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
