Job Description

Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

Inventory

sale and purchase invoice

Manage vendor payments and customer collections.
Reconcile bank accounts, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts.
Record all inventory transactions (purchases, issues, transfers, and adjustments).
Maintain stock ledger and reconcile with physical stock.
Prepare monthly inventory MIS reports (stock summary, valuation, shortages, wastages).
Assist management in understanding inventory trends and cost implications.
Support audit requirements related to stock.
Reconcile physical stock with books of accounts.
Coordinate with stores/warehouse teams for stock verification.
Resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis.
Manage vendor payments and ensure timely disbursement as per company policy.
Prepare and file TDS returns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
