Franchise Manager Business Development

• Sales Growth & Performance Monitoring
• Work closely with the marketing team to roll out sales campaigns and monitor ROI
• Monitor and drive sales performance of all franchise outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Regularly interact with franchise stores to assess performance, address concerns, and implement improvements.
• Act as the liaison between internal departments, distributors, and stores to ensure smooth operational flow and prompt issue resolution.
• Ensure franchise outlets comply with brand guidelines, operational standards, and customer service protocols.
• Plan and execute brand visibility activities such as exhibitions, product launch events, or promotional campaigns.
• Introduce new products to the franchise network and ensure proper product understanding.

Coordinate with product and sales teams to plan new launches and campaigns at franchise locations.
Prepare and maintain accurate and timely MIS reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
