Job Title: Accountant (Tally)

_ Location: Vytila, Kochi_

_ Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM_

_ Salary: ₹15,000 per month_

About the Company

We are a growing organization based in UAE, committed to delivering quality services and maintaining strong financial operations. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of Tally to join our team and support day-to-day accounting and financial activities.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certification or hands-on experience in Tally ERP is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

As an Accounts Executive, your role will include:

• Managing day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and voucher preparation
• Handling accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and customer invoicing
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring all entries are posted correctly in Tally
• Performing bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow statements
• Assisting in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Preparing GST returns, TDS filings, and supporting compliance activities as required
• Coordinating with auditors during audits and assisting with documentation
• Maintaining proper records of company expenses, payroll, and petty cash transactions
• Providing regular financial updates to the management and supporting budgeting activities

Skills & Requirements

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Tally ERP
• Good understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Basic communication skills in English and Malayalam
