Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience are necessary, often with experience as a Staff or Junior Accountant.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Tally ERP) and strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
