Job Description

As an Accountant & Admin Officer at our client's international finance team in Chennai, you will play a vital role in handling a hybrid position that combines accounting and finance tasks (80% of your time) along with administrative, facilities, and operational support duties (20%). Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance (80%) - Support investor reporting and audit preparation for both the management company and managed funds. - Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, TDS, GST, and ROC filings. Administration & Operations (20%) - Coordinate with vendors and manage document management. - Provide reception and general office support. - Handle travel arrangements and assist with onboarding processes. - Contribute to ensuring the smooth daily operations of the office. Qualifications Required - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field. - 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance. - CA Inter qualification is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, TDS, GST, and ROC filings. - Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Effective communication skills and a collaborative team player.,
