Accountant & Admin Officer


Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance (80%)

  • Assist with bookkeeping, tax, and payroll support.
  • Support investor reporting and audit preparation for both the management company and managed funds.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, TDS, GST, and ROC filings.

Administration & Operations (20%)

  • Coordinate with vendors and handle document management.
  • Provide reception and general office support.
  • Manage travel arrangements and assist with onboarding processes.
  • Contribute to ensuring smooth daily operations of the office.


Profile & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • CA Inter qualification is required.

  • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, TDS, GST, and ROC filings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative team player.
