We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally and a strong understanding of accounting principles. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing compliance, and supporting overall financial operations.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Education: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) – Mandatory
Software Requirement: Proficient in Tally ERP (latest version)

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP.
Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time.
Support in the preparation of financial statements, profit and loss reports, and balance sheets.
Perform periodic audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Handle invoice generation, vendor payments, and expense tracking.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

B.Com degree (Bachelor of Commerce) – Mandatory.
Proficiency in Tally ERP (latest version) – Mandatory.
1–3 years of accounting experience preferred (Freshers with strong Tally skills may also apply).
Knowledge of Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).
Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
